The company had achieved significant scale with 150M+ users over 9+ years, but faced fundamental challenges transitioning from Web2 rewards to sustainable Web3 tokenomics. Despite strong user engagement, they needed a cohesive brand identity to support one of crypto's most ambitious mainstream adoption initiatives.
Outcomes: Led comprehensive brand strategy that supported the most successful TGE in crypto history, onboarding 2+ million users on-chain in the first month and creating a visual identity praised throughout the crypto community.
